We’ll be staying at Ty Capel, Bardsey Island, North Wales 20th-27th September

• a highly informal co-created artists’ retreat for 4-6 people
• in a basic, off grid house on a remote island, a big house with 4 bedrooms, compost toilets, no hot water, no showers, no electric
• during the day - people work on their projects on their own… or just wander around the tiny island and hang out with seals and meditate or look at the sky or whatever
• in the evening - we cook food together and share songs/stories/poems/works in progress (if you want to)
• note this is not a facilitated retreat and there will be no fluffy towels provided

Sharing food

Plan to bring food for your own breakfasts and lunches; plus ingredients to cook a meal for the group.

Note there’s only a tiny fridge so don’t bring things that need refrigeration

There is no supermarket on the island so plan to bring all the food you need!

Arrival info

All boats are “subject to weather”. So you might find your arrival or departure day delayed by a day or more! To check the likely status of your boat the night before (after 6.30pm) or on the morning of travel call 07971 769 895 to listen to Colin’s recorded message.
